The Exchange is founded, maintained and management by corporate type entities. At the moment there are three such entities both formally legally organized and otherwise: Enhance Knowledge LLC, Induss SoftWerks, LLC and Nkassens Computing & Data Systems - two being legally organized and the third being operating construct. These Tier 1 Partners are essentially those that conceived the idea of and founded the Exchange, as well as got it started from ground up - providing the initial assets and the organizing of the operations. More specifically, Induss SoftWerks LLC provides the conduit for the provisioning of the software and operational infrastructure, while Enhance Knowledge LLC developed the specifications for the operations protocol of the Exchange, and Nkassens Computing & Data Systems provides the bases and management of the Exchange implementation systems. Effectively, these partners continue to remain the sole corporate partners with all other corporation entities being reclassified under investor partners. |
