Technology-Licences available for licensing are communicated directly, in consistence with the operating format
in which access is being
granted, to Technology Bankers, Technology Brokerages, and Technology
Brokers, who are duly registered and authorized as Traders on the Technology-IP Exchange.
In general a prospective technology adopter who may have determined as being
of interest, an IP-Licence listed on the Exchange Platform as available for
licensing, contacts the broker if already retained or retains a broker to
explore and negotiate the licensing of the IP-Licence with the Technology
Banker entrusted by the developer with the licensing off of the IP-Licence.
In effect, without any exception, IP-Licence licensing-trading is
conducted between any pair of brokers and bankers who have both registered and
been authorized as Traders on the Exchange.
Irrespective of the manner by the
prospective adopter became informed of the IP-Licence listing, whether as a licensee
already registered with a specific technology Broker/Banker or as a registrant
with Access-Permit for the Exchange website who chooses to contact and
retain the specific technology broker/banker for
representation, the trading process is always the same: the Technology
broker of the company assigned with the task of negotiating the licensing discovers,
from the information provided in the Exchange Platform, the Technology
Banker and opens direct negotiating communication, offering to license the
technology. The rest of the interaction, of course, is situation specific
and is always a dynamic development.
